TR Dream Builders Inc was founded by Trent Rowser, a licensed general contractor, construction executive, and the President of TR Constructions LLC. After more than 30 years in the construction industry, Trent saw the same problem getting worse every year: the skilled workforce was aging out and nobody was training the next generation to take their place.
He did not wait for someone else to fix it.

About Our Founder
Trent Rowser is a highly accomplished General Contractor and construction executive with over 30 years of experience across residential, commercial, industrial, and military construction. He holds a Class B General Building license (CSLB #926469), 25+ safety and industry certifications including OSHA 30, OSHA 500 Trainer, NAVFAC recognition, and EPA certification. His project portfolio spans Department of Defense facilities, Google housing, Simon Premium Outlets, and hundreds of residential builds across Southern California. As a minority business owner and community leader, Trent is deeply invested in creating opportunities for the next generation of builders. TR Dream Builders is an extension of the principles he has built his career on: quality craftsmanship, safety, integrity, and a commitment to leaving things better than he found them.
